Quality Control Policy: Prohibition of Unauthorized Reselling

Scope: This Policy applies to all individuals and entities who have access to our products.
Policy Statement: Our products are distributed under strict quality control measures to ensure they meet our high standards of safety and quality. To uphold these standards, unauthorized reselling of our products is strictly prohibited.
1. Definition of Reselling: Reselling refers to the act of selling our products to third parties or entities who then sell those products to end customers, either directly or indirectly or selling our products directly to end customers. This includes but is not limited to:
- Selling products to unauthorized retailers or distributors.
- Transferring products to entities that are not authorized or contracted by us.
- Online platforms or marketplaces where products are listed for resale.
2. Prohibited Activities:
- No individual or entity shall engage in, facilitate, or condone the resale of our products.
- No individual or entity may transfer, distribute, or offer our products for sale outside of authorized channels.
- Selling or transferring products to unauthorized third parties, including online marketplaces, is prohibited.
3. Quality Control Measures:
- All products must be handled and distributed through approved channels only.
- Unauthorized reselling compromises the integrity of our quality control systems and may lead to distribution of products that do not meet our standards.
- Any discrepancies, quality issues, or complaints resulting from unauthorized reselling will be investigated, and appropriate action will be taken.
4. Reporting Violations:
