Where’s my box?

UPDATE: We are currently experiencing shipping delays, so orders may arrive later than your original estimated delivery date.

Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you an email that will include tracking information.

You can also view tracking information from your Box History page. If you have trouble viewing your box history, tracking your box, or you haven’t received your box within 10-14 days of being charged and there is no progress in the tracking information, contact us. We’re available to live chat from 10am-4pm PST Monday - Friday as well as by email.
