UPDATE: We are currently experiencing processing delays, so orders may arrive later than your original estimated delivery date.
Once your order has shipped, we'll send you a confirmation email that will include tracking information, if available.*
You can also view tracking information from your order history page. If you have trouble viewing your order history, or you haven’t received your box within 10-14 days of being charged and there is no progress in the tracking information, contact us. We’re available to chat from 10am-4pm PST Monday - Friday, as well as by email.
*Tracking information may not be provided for certain shipment types, such as blades-only refills.
