Where’s my order?
UPDATE: Our fulfillment center is currently experiencing processing delays, so please allow a few extra days for orders to ship.
Once your order has shipped, we'll send you a confirmation email that will include tracking information.*
You can also view tracking information from your order history page. If you have trouble viewing your order history, or you haven’t received your box within 10-14 days of being charged and there is no progress in the tracking information, contact us.
*Tracking information may be limited or unavailable for certain shipment types, such as blades-only refills.
