Double Header Electric Trimmer Warranty Claim Process
Please note that all Double Header Electric Trimmer (“Trimmer”) warranty claims are subject to our Limited One Year Warranty (“Warranty”). Please review those terms in full before proceeding to understand if your issue is covered by our Warranty.
To initiate your warranty claim for the Trimmer, please contact our Member Engagement team directly at firstname.lastname@example.org. To help us better assist you, please include the following information in your email, as further outlined in Section 3 of the Warranty:
- Your Full name
- Where you purchased the Trimmer (if purchased from an authorized Dollar Shave Club retailer)
- What date you purchased the trimmer, including proof of purchase (receipt or screenshot is acceptable).
- A brief description (including photographs, if applicable) of the issue you are experiencing with the Trimmer
Once the claim is submitted, our team will review your claim for eligibility. If requested, you must also return the Trimmer or part(s) to us according to our instructions, and by using only the shipping methods as prescribed by us. Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will send you an email to let you know we received it and are processing your request. Our team will aim to notify you about the status of your warranty claim within 3-5 business days after receiving your returned Trimmer.
