Will I get a free handle?

First time new Members will receive one free handle with their Starter Set. Returning Members who have received a free handle in the past will need to purchase them from the blades & handles section of our shop.

Is there a fee to join?

No Membership fee. You only pay for the products you order. Get started here.

Can I customize my subscription box frequency?

Yup! You can adjust your shipping frequency or change your ship date for any of your subscriptions anytime from they My Subscriptions link on the Account page after signing up for the Club.

What can I expect in my first shipment?

Your first shipment will contain the products or Starter Sets chosen during the sign-up or checkout process. You can view your order history here. You'll need to be logged into your account to view your order history.

Is there a way I can try your products before I buy them?

We offer Trial Size products! They're a great way for you to try out our products before purchasing the full size. Get them in a discounted bundle, or check them out individually.

Do you offer a free trial?

No free trial, but we do have a 30-day Money Back Guarantee. If you're not happy with anything for any reason, we'll refund your money.

Can women use your products?

Yep, all of our products are unisex. Women in the Club especially love our Blades, Shave Butter, Rescue Serum, and Hand Cream. You can check out all of our products and reviews here.

Are your products available by subscription?

All of our products are available by subscription except for a few that only need to be purchased on an as-needed basis. We'll indicate whether or not a product can be set to auto-restock when you go to add it to your order.

When will you ship my first order?

Typically, your first order will arrive within 3-5 business days once it has been shipped. We'll email you tracking information for it as soon as it's available. You can also view tracking information from your order history page

What if I want more than one blade type?

You can subscribe to multiple razor types after signing up for the Club.
