Each of the following actions can be taken to modify your subscriptions from Next Box tab on your account page. 

• Change Date
• Send Now
• Skip Order
• Pause Subscription
• Cancel Subscription

Need to reschedule an upcoming order? Visit Next Box on your account page find the order you want to reschedule, then select Change Date. Keep in mind that this will change your future order dates based on your shipping frequency.

Send Now

Need an order sooner? Visit Next Box on your account page and find the order you need sooner, then select Send Now to have it process immediately. Your next order date will be scheduled based on your shipping frequency. 

Skip Order

Don't need an upcoming order? Visit Next Box on your account page and find the order you want to skip, then select Skip Order. Your next order date will be scheduled based on your shipping frequency. 

Pause Subscription

Need a break? You can pause an active subscription by visiting Next Box on your account page and finding the subscription you want to pause, selecting Pause Subscription, then selecting how long you want to pause for. 

Cancel Subscription

Need to cancel a subscription? Visit Subscriptions on your account page and find the subscription you want to cancel, then select Cancel Subscription. To avoid being charged for an unwanted order, please cancel your subscriptions 1 day prior to your order date.
